You can return anything you purchase from us within 30 days. We can’t offer refund or exchange for any purchase over 30 days.

Should your purchase be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in the same condition it was received and in original packaging.

Unless faulty, Packaging must remain unopened, undamaged, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.


Several types of items are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate like underwear, lingerie, hosiery, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

These items cannot be returned or refund unless they are faulty, for health and hygiene reasons:

Cosmetics or perfumes, pierced earrings and other pierced body jewelleries, Gift cards or Gift of any kinds, any product with alcohol contents.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process returns.

In some situation we can only offer partial refunds.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or goods not as described or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned items is received and after inspection we will acknowledge the receipt via email notification. You will also receive email notifying you of acceptance or refusal of your refund.

Every approved refund will be completed crediting the original method of payment or by making a refund into the original credit or debit card that was used in making the purchase.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Should it take longer than 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, you may need to contact your bank or Credit Card Company.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Our exchange policy only cover damaged or defective items. You can make request for exchange, under our terms of refund, and the same item, similar/identical shall be sent to you.  If you need to exchange any of our products, please contact us through our contact page.

Return of Items marked as Gift.

We only offer gift credit, for the value of return, for any items marked as gift at the time of purchase.
A gift certificate will be sent to you once return has been processed. If you are not the one who purchase products from us originally, but receive it as a gift, we will notify the person who purchase the gift items about the return.

Contact us for address of our closest warehouse where you can send your return. Please do not send your items back to us without prior authorization.

The shipping cost for the return for refund or exchange shall be covered by you. Shipping costs paid at the time of shipping are non-refundable.

You shall also bear the custom fee for sending the product back to us, should the case arise for custom tax or duty on any product you are sending to us, we shall reject the delivery and it shall be sent back to you.

If the items was originally sent to you with free shipping, we shall deduct the waived shipping cost from the refund, unless you are sending the product back under our terms of refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please use traceable postal service if you are shipping any item over $65. We do not cover custom fees on returned items, therefore, it is advisable you mark the package as gift when you are sending to us. We also do not guarantee that we will receive any item returned to us.


Order Cancellation

Should you decide to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours.

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter packaging and shipping stage. Once this stage has started, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
